I can’t say enough great things about Captivate. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional communication and products was in great condition. I rented the pink rose floral backdrop for my daughter’s first baby shower. It was a show stopper and provided the perfect background for photo ops with our Parisian theme. I elected to rent and pick up/drop off myself; although they offer delivery. The staff provided detailed instructions on set up and it was actually quite easy. Highly recommend this company!

I loved my experience with this company! I rented quite a few things for a backyard movie night. Projector, screen, speakers, popcorn machine, cooler, fan, etc. The delivery people were sooo helpful and friendly. Pickup was super easy. All employees I interacted with were beyond helpful. Prices are very reasonable! Easy to book. Highly recommend!

Captivate rentals did a great job helping me determine my needs for a large graduation party. Their prices were reasonable and the delivery was on time and professional. We rented tents, tables, chairs, floral wall and “2026” light up numbers.
The pink and white floral wall was gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice! The numbers were large and sturdy.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff who delivered and picked up a dance floor at my venue, Agua Linda Farm south of Tucson. The dance floor lay on our lawn and I was very concerned that the grass beneath would be destroyed (as it has with other floors in the past). I was assured that it wouldn’t be and was very pleased that they were right. Also, after setting up, the crew cleaned the floor (without asking to use my cleaning supplies as other companies have done). The crew was back at midnight to remove. So impressed! Thank you!

The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because the communication was sometimes poor during the ordering process. The equipment we rented: a large tent, 12 farm tables 115 chairs, dance floor, bar, all were in very good condition. The staff who delivered and set up the equipment were very professional, on time, kept in constant contact. I was very particular about the placement of the chairs and the tables, and they worked with me and never once questioned my directions. One of the tables was slightly warped, and they offered to take it back and brought a new one the next day. Several people from the office reached out to me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The teardown crew was equally professional and got it done in a timely manner. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend this company.

We rented tables, chairs, number 1 sign, and a flower wall for my daughter’s first birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect! The tables and chairs were clean, sturdy, and looked great for our setup. The flower wall was stunning and made the most beautiful backdrop for photos! The warehouse crew was friendly and efficient, which made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Captivate for any event, especially special milestones like a first birthday!
